Massage details:

After breathing and body awareness exercises the sessions begin with a hot sponge application to relax muscles and create blood flow to sensitive areas of the body.

After a few minutes I begin to apply the oils and directly massage the body.

For women, I perform the Yin Maasage, which is massaging the Heavenly Gate, or Clitoris and vulva.  I spend approximately 5 minutes on this erotic/energy zone and another 10 minutes massaging and refocusing her attention to her body. I then return to the clitoral or other zones and repeat the energy work. This allows for her to absorb the build up of energy into her conscious state.

The same technique is used for men.  Called the Yang Massage, I work on specific points on the Jade Dragon or penis, and rotate through this and work on the body.

For couples, it is important to build energy together.  As such, directing them to working on each other's zones is part of this session.

The Full body massage does less work on erogenous zones (although not ignoring them altogether), and more on all aspects of the body or areas you feel require specific attention.

Although the experience is pleasurable, the intention is to train the mind to focus on the energy itself, rather than what the energy is associated with.  In other words, letting go of the association between the energy being built up and being "turned on".  This can allow the energy to be directed beyond orgasmic experience.

Perfect right after a long stressful day at work this energy work can help relax and heal, or a means to simply to treat yourself.
