Your session begins with a few minutes of breathing and body awareness exercises. The mind and the body are truly one. By focusing on the breath, we gradually come to a quieted place in the mind. This allows the body energy to become still and less stressed. By performing body awareness, we allow our bodies to fully connect with the mind, giving it guidance to points of energy imbalance, blockage and stress. Finally, the application of touch through massage stimulates your whole being. I use a fusion of organic essential oils to heighten the experience. The massage does not focus only on the obvious erotic zones, but draw from taoist sexual techniques that release energy from less obvious sexual zones and redirects them to the areas of higher sensitivity.
